To rebuild our fire damaged home we evaluated seven different builders and general contractors. After thorough review and multiple meetings we contracted Build It Forward and Vince as our general contractor. That was the best decision we made as not only we have beautiful home now but have gained a friend for life. Early in the process I told Vince that he owns the house till occupancy certificate and he took that to heart. He meticulously did everything from demolition to cleanup, to securing the house everyday, to making sure everyone he brought on site followed as well, all the way to the finished home. I am a professional program manager so planning and monitoring is very important amongst other things. Vince is a strong project management mindset professional and had no issues meeting and exceeding my expectations. He communicated very regularly on what did get accomplished and plans for completion in the near term. He shared ideas on making things better and always listened to what I had to say and offer. His workmanship and the finished product (our home) is simply first class. He took no shortcuts and went above and beyond almost all the time. We managed the project within our budget (all change orders were added scope by us) and within the expected schedule and that is because of the constant communications. I highly recommend Build It Forward crew for any home rebuilding job, big or small and I encourage you to meet him in person at a job site and see it for yourself, you won’t regret working with Vince and his amazing crew.

THIS IS THE BEST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER HIRED IN MY 67 YEARS!! Vince is highly skilled, honest, and a genuinely nice guy. He follows through on all promises, arrives on time, and is meticulous when cleaning up each day. His advice became invaluable, offering alternatives to keep costs down.
